Cars festooned with folk art take to the road
Emily Duffys Honda Odyssey is festooned with 250 bras glued into the shape of a giant bra atop the minivan's bright pink hood. Hundreds of womens hair curlers and metal drain pipes deck the roof. On each door a painted figure of a woman depicts one of the "Four Saints of Beauty." Scrawled across the doors on one side is the message, "Who profits from your self-loathing?" and on the other, "Vanity thy name is marketing."
The license plate reads, "Vain Van."
Duffy, 49, has been grabbing people's attention in more ways than one in her "bra" van since 1999. .

The Ohio State men's hockey team wraps up a streak of five-consecutive road games with a two-game series at Ferris State this weekend. The Buckeyes (10-11-5, 8-8-4 CCHA) and Bulldogs (7-18-3, 4-14-2 CCHA) will meet at 7:05 p.m. Friday and Saturday in Ewigleben Ice Arena in Big Rapids, Mich. THE BROADCAST

The Buckeyes split a two-game series at then-No. 19 Lake Superior State last weekend, losing the first night, 4-2, before rebounding for a 5-3 victory in game two. Ferris State was swept at Michigan last weekend, losing 9-4 and 6-2 at Yost Ice Arena.
More wrecks, more hurt in Saturday's whiteout
BUCYRUS -- The Crawford County Sheriff's Office has reported five additional accidents during Saturday's whiteout conditions in addition to the ones under investigation by the Bucyrus Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. (See page 1A). At approximately 2:45 p.m., a 1998 Ford Escort driven by Mickey Gramley of Mansfield was hit from behind by a 2004 Ford F-150 driven by Mansfielder Mark Menendez. Gramley was driving slowly because of the whiteout conditions at the time. The accident occurred on U.S. 30 one mile east of Parcher Road. .
